I know what you’re thinking. Really I do. And you’re right.
I don’t spend a ton of time at salons. Admittedly, having less and less hair each day does play a part in that.
However, I recently met Kim Ratliff, owner and stylist at Pure Nirvana Salon, and Brandi Lam, manicurist at Pure Nirvana, because they had generously donated their services through Care 2 Share Boise to a couple single mothers in need for Christmas. Generosity goes a long way in my book!
I was so impressed with these two ladies.
Kim’s enthusiasm for what she does is hard to miss. Running her own salon isn’t just a job to her, its her passion. Perhaps even more importantly was what her past clients had to say about her when I asked. They loved her. Not just her, but what she did to their hair! Nothing but rave reviews!
Brandi’s services also came highly recommended. And her services are unique in that she focuses on green manicures and pedicures. One of her most popular green offerings is Shellac. You can find some examples of her work at her website! Shellac definitely is not your mom’s nail polish!
Bottom line is Kim and Brandi are good people and run a great business and I hope you’ll give them a try! Hair, nails and tanning are all services that are available at Pure Nirvana Salon.
