That’s how I see it anyway. You want a real estate agent who is going to be honest with you, who is knowledgable about the area and who is a problem solver during negotiations. The difference between just an okay agent and an excellent one–you know, the kind you tell all your friends about–is the service they provide their clients in these areas.
