June is upon us, which means we’ve got May 2012’s housing statistics from the Intermountain MLS!!
Although closed sales fell slightly, both listings and pending sales were up. It looks like we are starting to see some balance in the market and that’s a welcome relief.
Of course, you’ll want to view this months statistics in context to April 2012’s stats as well as to May 2011’s stats!
