Prices are UP year over year, but sales and inventory levels are down. If you are in a position to buy right now new construction is an attractive choice!

New Construction is on fire. There were 40 homes in the Boise Parade of Homes including a custom home woth over $5Million. All but a few of the homes have sold and one builder found 5 home buyers and has already started building those homes.
