Boise New Home Construction Statistics April 2011

I just wanted to quickly share what New Home Construction is showing us here in Boise!

Now, new home construction isn’t anywhere near where it was in the mid-2000s obviously, but one thing it is showing us is that we may have hit the bottom in 2010 and are climbing back out in 2011. It that for sure? No. We are only 4 months in 2011. And we you start talking volume its still a sad story. BUT… overall we have some positive news in the new home construction scene!
